Canalendres brings together waterfalls and two lakes — one at the top and one at the base — surrounded by forest, a short distance from the Mocoa–Villagarzón road. It's an ideal spot for gentle hiking, birdwatching, butterfly spotting and a swim in green natural pools.
Because it's close to the road, it makes a good first outing to get to know the foothills without a very long hike.
How to get there
On the Mocoa–Villagarzón road; easy to reach by motorbike, bike or transport, then a short trail from the road to the waterfalls.
