Hornoyaco

Hornoyaco is one of the most impressive waterfalls around Mocoa, in the Churumbelo mountain range. The route crosses suspension bridges and humid tropical forest until you reach the falls, where the stream plunges into a cold lagoon at the base.

The trail calls for average fitness and respect for a fragile, highly biodiverse ecosystem. We arrange a local guide and let you know the state of the path before setting off.

How to get there

Unpaved road toward the Fin del Mundo / Hornoyaco area (about 20 minutes by vehicle), then a hike. It can be combined with Fin del Mundo on the same day depending on the group's pace.
